Located in the heart of Frazer Town, our studio offers a serene escape like a hidden oasis nestled within the city. Surrounded by nature’s tranquility, you’ll feel transported to a peaceful paradise, even in the midst of urban life.

Our cozy, intimate space is fully equipped in the Iyengar style, with mats, bolsters, ropes, blankets, blocks, and benches to support your practice. Beyond yoga, the studio features a mini climbing wall, a calisthenics rig, kettlebells, ceiling-mounted equipment for playful movement, as well as an automated ice bath and a luxurious, fully equipped bathroom creating a holistic environment for mind, body, and soul.
